The second floor of the Innovation Center is a collaborative hub for knowledge sharing and connections with everything needed to commercialize your ideas and discoveries.

Second Floor
Memberships

A limited number of memberships to The IDEA are available. Memberships allow the member 24/7 access to the 2nd Floor workspace including individual workstations. Memberships also include:

  • High-speed wireless internet on private network
  • Dedicated High Seed Gigabit connectivity
  • Access to two conference rooms in the building
  • A mailbox
  • Refreshments (during normal office hours)
  • Bulk-rate copying, printing and scanning available 24/7
  • Networking with other members

Flex Office Space

Flexible space offers businesses significant build-out opportunities to tailor the space to their needs

Rates Per Month

  • Shared: $150
  • Dedicated: $275
  • Private: $550
  • 1-Day Access Shared Desk Pass: $15
  • Classroom Rental - per hour / hours rented: $50
  • Executive Board Room - per hour / hours rented: $50

Definitions

Shared - Access to open workstation or common table whichever is available plus two (2) hours of conference room time per month.

Dedicated - A personal workstation similar to cubicle in a shared office plus three (3) hours of conference room time per month.

Private - Closed and secured office space that’s for your company’s use only plus ten (8) hours of conference room time per month.

All Inclusive: All Space Includes Electricity, HVAC, Custodial, Broadband, Fax, Physical Address Suite BOX. (Day Pass Does Not Include Use Of Suite Box Address).
